We’re hiring a Financial Analyst Manager to enhance our social media and digital marketing. You’ll increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Requirements

Skill & Experience

You have at least 3 years of experience working as a Product Designer.
You have experience using Sketch and InVision or Framer X
You have some previous experience working in an agile environment – Think two-week sprints.
You are familiar with using Jira and Confluence in your workflow

Freelance Illustrator / Creative

Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, facilitating decision-making processes and optimizing investment allocation
Work with the rest of the Strategic Finance team and our stakeholders across the business to ensure that our financial analysis and reporting offers actionable insights to drive informed business decisions
Guide the company’s management of its balance sheet as we seek to expand our business in a way that utilizes our capital prudently
Partner with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting month-end close processes and flux reviews
Play a key role in corporate initiatives such as board of directors meetings, MA activities, and fundraising
Drive the design and optimization of finance processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and scalability
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

You have:

8+ years of experience with a track record of success in corporate FPA functions.
Experience in a high-growth environment, preferably within the FinTech sector, navigating the complexities of scaling operations in a highly regulated environment.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with expertise in GAAP and integrated financial planning systems.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; CPA and/or CFA preferred

Concept Artist / Illustrator

As our Marketing Manager you are responsible for successfully managing our global marketing activities. In this role, you get the opportunity to further develop our marketing strategy and with that, have a significant impact on the future growth and development of our business. You manage, coach and inspire the marketing team to connect and work together and contribute in the execution of activities with your experience. You ensure that the marketing vision, agenda and activities are visible within the rest of the organization as well. You report to the Commercial Director.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, International Business or related field;
5-10 years of experience with service marketing and online marketing in a B2B environment;
Knows what it is to lead and inspire a team;
Affinity with the dynamics of an international working environment;
Collaborative and connecting people manager;
Strong vision and ability to inspire others to follow that vision;
Creative and entrepreneurial in thinking;
Pragmatic and action-oriented in execution;
Fluent in Dutch and English;
Availability for at least 32h per week;
Ability to work from the Arnhem office at least a few days per week.
